By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and fully accept the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Booking and confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of an explicit confirmation from the accommodation provider, either by email or telephone. Simply completing the booking form on the website does not constitute confirmation of your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">During the confirmation process, you may be asked to pay a <strong>deposit<\/strong> as a confirmation deposit in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code. Payment details will be provided directly by the establishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Check-in<\/strong><\/td><td class=\"translation-block\">From <strong>14:00<\/strong> to <strong>20:00<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Check-out<\/strong><\/td><td>By <strong>10:30<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Different arrival times are only possible by prior written agreement with the accommodation provider. Guests who do not arrive by 8.00 pm without having given prior notice must contact the accommodation provider to arrange access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation prior to check-in: <\/strong>the full booking deposit will be retained, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations must be notified in writing (by email). The date of receipt of the written notification shall be taken as the reference date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you book via a third-party platform (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), the cancellation policy stated on that platform applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT where applicable. The balance for your stay is payable on check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instant bank transfer (on request, to be completed before check-in)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices shown are for guidance only and may vary depending on availability, the time of year and the type of room. The final price will be confirmed when your booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The Municipality of Tortoreto may charge a <strong>tourist tax<\/strong> per person per night, payable on site at check-in. The amount will be communicated when the booking is confirmed or upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Rules of Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are asked to observe the following rules to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quiet hours:<\/strong> From 11.00 pm to 8.00 am, guests are requested to keep quiet in the communal areas and in their rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. It is permitted in designated outdoor areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Pets:<\/strong> Pets are permitted subject to prior written agreement with the establishment. Not all pets are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>External guests:<\/strong> Access to the premises is restricted to registered guests. The presence of unregistered visitors must be agreed with the management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Care of the premises:<\/strong> guests are liable for any damage caused to property or persons during their stay. Any damage will be charged at the end of the stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> Rooms must be left tidy on departure. Please return your keys before leaving the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Guest registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with current legislation (Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security), all guests are required to present a valid identity document at check-in. The details will be forwarded to the relevant police headquarters via the Alloggiati Web portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breakfast is not included in the price as this is not a B&amp;B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Ferri accepts no liability for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theft or loss of guests\u2019 personal belongings and property within the premises, except for items explicitly deposited in a safe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from force majeure (weather events, power cuts, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes to the services provided, necessitated by exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should the accommodation be unable to accommodate confirmed guests for reasons beyond its control (e.g. structural damage), the accommodation provider will refund the full amount paid and will endeavour to recommend alternative accommodation in the same area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">All content on the websites <strong> and <\/strong> (including text, images, logos and graphics) is the property of Villa Ferri and the respective rights holders, and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the <strong>Court of Teramo<\/strong>, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">For disputes relating to online bookings, consumers may use the European Commission\u2019s ODR platform: <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Changes to the terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Ferri reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will apply to bookings made after they have been published on the website.
